My name is Sherry Starnes and I want to thank you for stopping by and reading my blog.
Let me tell you a little about myself, what I do, and WHY I do what I do.
My husband, Perry, and I have been married for 29 years and we have a son, Zack who is our pride and joy. Just like your kids (or pets) are to you right? I am a Christian and I love God and my family.
I am thankful for my parents for bringing me up in a Christian home and instilling in me the importance of bringing up my son the same way
I was raised on a farm and for several years all my J.O.B.S were farm related. I drove and tractor and chopped cotton when I was young and after that I worked at a flying service, cotton gin, and seed company.
Later, I worked at Farm Credit Services (loaning money to farmers) and at a bank in the agricultural lending department.
While working full-time, I decided to further my education and started taking college classes at night. I didn’t go to college right out of high school. I took me 7 years to receive my Associates Degree (2 year degree). A couple of years after our son was born, I decided to go back to school and I received my BS in Business Administration.
I eventually got “burn-out” in agricultural lending after 17 years and quit without a job.
Speeding things up a bit, I was asked to be a teacher’s aide in school and with the encouragement of the high school principal, I got my Teaching Certification and went on to get my MA in Secondary Education in Business. I would also like to add that this same high school principal was my Taekwondo instructor and I received my 1st Degree Blackbelt – Instructor in Taekwondo.
Even though I enjoyed teaching, I left and later became a Real Estate Agent.
Fun and Entertainment
As a family, Perry, Zack and I, our summer trips included going to watch the St. Louis Cardinals baseball games. We are huge Cardinals and Zack even had the honor of throwing out the first pitch at one of their games. While in St. Louis, we never miss the opportunity to go to the Zoo, St. Louis Science Center and of course, the Arch.
We also have an antique car and spend time at Antique Car Shows.
I also enjoy gardening and spend as much time as possible outside working (or playing) in my yard.
I love spending time at my favorite lake which is Norfork Lake, Arkansas.
Back to Business
The aspect of working from home always appealed to me but I never actually considered it something I would do full-time. I tried a few different things but wasn’t successful with any of them.
One night I was on Twitter, thinking I was marketing a $9.95 phone app and I came across a video that changed my life. I watched the video, clicked the button, pulled out my credit card and bought…I didn’t even know what I was buying. I just knew I was at the right place at the right time and I have never looked back.
So, what did I buy? The same system you can have access to now.
That was 2 1/2 years ago and since then, that one little “action-step” of pulling out my credit card to “buy” I have had multiple $3000 days with this business. (Results not typical. See our income disclaimer here)
More important than the money, I have learned more than I did in all those years of school. One of my mentors Jim Rohn says “Formal education will make you a living. Self education will make you a fortune.”
I have been introduced to books that should be part of our school curriculum. I have experienced break-throughs in my life like never before. I have learned the importance of personal development and having mentors. The list goes on and on.
I would like to invite you to personally connect with me right now to learn more about the system I am using that has changed my life and I can change your life too.
I look forward to talking with you soon!
